What does this sync exactly?
This integration will sync contacts from LionDesk to your Outlook contacts.
How often do syncs occur?
The sync automatically fires every 15 minutes and adds the contact info from LionDesk to your Outlook Contacts whenever you add or update the info to keep them in lockstep.
What if I delete a contact in LionDesk
That contact will not be deleted in Outlook until you manually remove it from Outlook.
Does this sync all contacts?
It does!
