Avoid Duplicate Contacts - ONLY use this dotloop & Outlook Contacts Sync and not others (Lightning, Zapier, Piesync, Yoxel etc). If you share a computer, or have multiple Outlook accounts, use an incognito window starting now. To open an Incognito window in Chrome press ctrl+shift+n. On a Mac press cmd+shift+n.

What does this sync exactly?
This integration will sync Loop Participant and dotloop People to your Outlook Contacts. It will also sync your Outlook Contacts back to your dotloop People.
How often do syncs occur?
The sync adds the contact info from dotloop to your Outlook Contacts whenever you add or update the info, keeping them in lockstep.
Does this sync both ways?
Absolutely. Any change you make in Outlook, or dotloop will be synced across so that your contacts info stays updated
